My hair reach my hips and are curly/wavy, when I go to sleep I twist them on top of my head on the back, put them twitsted onto the front and put the remaining onto the back again and then hold them with a big hair clip. I'm not a huge fan of hair tie because if they're too loose my hair don't stay in place and if they're too tight they cause me headache. Anyway, very nice hair! :D

Going on one year without any cuts, I had my hair grown out when I was in middle school for like a year and a half but cut it. this might cause hair loss just because high pony tails tend to pull the hair. everyone should look up protective hair styles for night! i do two braids n its saved me from a lot of breakage n tangles

Great video man! I got coarse hair and A LOT of it!!! Down to almost lower part of my back now. For me a high fold over just doesn't do due to the fact that it hurts my scalp and head like hell! I sleep with a braid instead. However, I do this in the shower when I'm not shampooing and conditioning. It works like a charm! Thanks for sharing!

Growing for 3 years now, after a haircut length is just about above my chest nipples so about 16 or 18 inches of length from center crown of head when measured. I braid my hair at night, usually in two pigtails because i sleep on my back but i cannot do a bun or a ponytail because it would hurt my scalp, i noticed the longer my hair gets the more tender headed i feel. Also, a bun at night is not ideal because most sleepers move and the tension if not using a silk pillow case can cause hair to be plucked from the root at the hairline.

I've tried this a few times. Honestly, it doesn't work for me personally. I usually just reach back and move my hair out of the way. Used to whip it outta the way a lot, but I find that bad for my neck.

I don't know about men, but I'm a woman and my head hurts in the morning and the hair curls weirdly if I sleep like that. So I recommend braiding hair that high (without tying first). :)

Hi. Can you advise how to wear my hair so that I have no work to do with it? I don't wash my hair all year. Yes, you hear well. In fact, I don't take a shower all year round and that's related to not washing my hair. I don't use any oils, varnishes, gels or anything. My hair is purely natural. So far, I only wear my hair in a cope, but after about three weeks they are very tangled, like one big dreadlocks. Paradoxically, they are tangled from roots to rubber bands. Then it takes about 30 minutes to comb them and I'll tear a lot of them. That's why I'm looking for a way to wear them so that they don't get tangled and centered. My hair is already long under my shoulders. . The reason I don't want to take care of my hair is that I take care of my 82-year-old grandmother all by myself and it's time consuming, so I've cut off all the nonsense and pettiness. I'll tell you, it's a beautiful freedom. I did a lot of things unnecessarily and now I don't have to. I feel so great. And the natural scent of my body is so pleasant. At least for me. But I don't have bad reactions from others. I even do it on purpose to run to get sweaty and then without a word I'm with friends and then I ask if I stink and they say they don't feel anything. It's very strange. But great. :) Thank you very much for any advice.
