How to solve Arrow Cubes Stone Pillars Cave Puzzle - Hogwarts Legacy

A guide on how to solve the puzzle in a cave in the northern part of Fledcroft Region in Hogwarts Legacy. Inside 5 columns made of cubic rocks. One rock cube is separated from the others on the ground. The top cubes have arrows on them pointing in different directions (left, right, and upwards). To get the chest reward you need to solve this puzzle. Let me show you how which spell to use.

I knew EXACTLY what to do but didn’t know the minar detail of, simply turning the cube. I tried flipping it and then accio it but then it would fix itself to the upright position m. So frustrating. Thank you. Crazy how missing such a small detail could change everything.

6 vids and all this time and your the first one to say q,e, to turn the block....... thats it for 90% of people with no prompt or anything to suggest q,e, is the big issue not the puzzle. ty this tripped me up for a long time.

Thank you, I had completely forgotten I could manipulate the object in the air. Figured the arrow needed to point downward but could force it into that position :)

Thank you for letting us know that with Wingargium Leviosa, it's possible to rotate objects. I'm playing with controller on PC (Xbox) and for those who are wondering how to do this, you should use the left and right arrows... I knew what to do, but wasn't able to rotate those cubes. A missing detail that change everything.

Seriously did change everything lol. I had no clue either. On PC with keyboard/mouse you do Q and E to rotate while using Wingargium Leviosa.

Q and E to rotate on Keyboard - also, the location you are going to is not the mechanics in the vault on my map in that same location. I don't have a cube to open the door in that location, and inside the vault itself I don't have any cube puzzle, just a chest in front of an open stone casket. I'm confused. The vault shown in this video is for the one located in the ruins to the left.

If you are playing on switch: use Accio while standing on top of the pillars. Then use wingardiun leviosa, hold on to the arrow to turn the stone.

Hello you just saved my life :D I did not know it can be rotated with v... leviosa, on PS5 need the dpad buttons, like up down left right, I hope it helps others

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to rotate the cube on Nintendo Switch? As soon as you lift it, it points the arrow up. I think I’ve tried pushing every button and nothing worked

I have switch as well. You have to press and hold the arrow buttons. The right one is the one I used but the other arrows do some things as well.

With controler make first wingardium leviosa and mantain RT press and RB and with the D pad (xbox) rotate the cube...no one explain that in the game XD

Cool on the switch you just use the D pad. Sheesh I tried and tried to flip it and aresto it and nothing worked. I figured I would get an upgrade later but this did the trick

I think mine is broken cubs are lining the walks only 2 cubes move and the d oor was two bronze doors smashed in had to use accio to open the door

No matter what I did on my x box controller it didn't rotate it easily for me at all. I had to fling it around just to get it to face down
