Mam in the 3rd qustn they ask low level mdm know na then how can u gv high lvl

MDM is low level only, but based on time (45 minutes) it goes high level. If both MDM (low) based and time(45 minutes-high) based Level given go with the more specific one (high).

@@brightbeginnings4186but the 45 minutes mentioned is not used for decision making. It is clearly given that time is used for giving counselling related to an examination done on a separate encounter.
