In this video explaining one very good trigonometric problem of newton raphson method. This method is finding the accuracy value and using calculator.
The Newton-Raphson method may converge quickly to the root if the initial guess is close to the root and the function has a well-behaved derivative meaning it is continuous and has no flat spots or steep oscillations near the root. However the method may fail to converge or converge to a different root if these conditions are not met. It is also possible for the method to converge very slowly requiring a large number of iterations. In practice the method can be combined with other numerical methods to improve its efficiency and robustness such as the bisection method or the secant method.
