My memory is a little fuzzy from when I played this, but I know that there's no definitive proof in this case as it's meant to simulate a real-life scenario where all you might have is your deductive reasoning. My best guess on what I was thinking at the time is that, assuming Jenny is sitting at chair #2, Jenny is the only one that dramatically leapt up when the victim collapsed (chair knocked over). Everyone else remained seated. Perhaps that's because she was anticipating it and also wanted to lead suspicions away from herself by seeming concerned. Henry is the only other person who drank wine, so perhaps he is unaware of the poison. That, or you can rule him out because it seemed like Clara was the only one who wanted to actually leave the relationship. If she didn't, that would have been a good motive for Henry to get rid of her. Otherwise, there's no reason to want her dead. The poison is tricky because it could be the glass or the entire bottle. When I say poison, my suspicions are that the pills in the garbage can were mixed in the wine. It explicitly states to not drink alcohol with these meds. I'm assuming Clara wasn't on them because she would be aware of the warning on the label and not drink. Although since the entire bottle of pills is empty, one must factor in the possibility of it being emptied all at once for an attempted overdose. Since the date of the pills matches the receipts in Jenny's purse, she might have planned this. Benzaclin is for acne, so it wouldn't be difficult to get a prescription. The only proof that the wine was poisoned, or at least the delivery mechanism, is the spilled wine glass of the victim and the splatter coming out of their mouth. Again, with the table setting, it is strongly implied that Clara is the only one who had a chance to drink wine. I excluded the food because everyone's plates are empty but dirty. Meaning, they all ate their meal with no reason to assume they ate different things (i.e., no evidence of dietary restrictions). Hope that clears up some things!

@@mojoversegames So this is just a guess...BUT I'm guessing that Clara might have wanted to kill Jenny, but Jenny saw her poison it, so she switched the glasses...OR...Jenny didn't want Clara to file for divorce and expose her and Henry, so she poisoned her, to keep her quiet, in order to protect her reputation.

It's the most fun we've had without too many obvious clues. The only thing we would have preferred was to have been given the answer to the exact situation that took place.
