Sir jo jumper apnay lagaya... 3v already exist at the time.. if 20v is given then the board can get short... I no it is a 20v line.. but the track can be cut due to short circuit...

This was the problem Rahul that in place of 19v 3v was coming so it was jumpered to 19v. Properly check the case.
