Nice little video tutorial there young man well done. I resolved this issue for a client. In this particular case it was their Antivirus's Firewall blocking certain sites with the secure certificates. Client could not log in to Hotmail account using Chrome or IE. AVG Internet Security 2015 > Firewall > changed from automatic mode to interactive mode. Logged in and out successfully multiple times with Chrome and Internet Explorer 11. Also added the sites to the trusted sites in Internet Explorer > Internet Options > Security > Trusted Sites > Sites > Add site as explained in the video. If you still have issues you may need to create an exception, rule or policy in your Antivirus Firewall settings. This may be setup in advanced settings of your firewall.
