This sounds fye what'd you do to get that tape sound in serum you know the slow pitch wobble :)

ok so here's a screenshot for ref: imgur.com/a/QdJCv2L the wobble you hear is coming from LFO 1 which is slowly moving the filter in the fx section. the ping pong delay also adds some nice movement. besides the fx in serum, i have camel crusher adding some saturation to make it a bit warmer. i believe it should be the 'subtle master' preset. i took a screen shot so you could see the settings just in case i tweaked it. hope this helps!
