Yes It can run fast, however it always depends on your computer's system processes. If there is a lot of background processes it can still slow the computer. What I do when I use photoshop is that I kill the unnecessary background processes and combine this method in this tutorial for the best results. To kill the unnecessary background processes you need to download the software called ADWcleaner for free. I think you can't use one ReadyBoost-activated flash drive for two PCs since your flash drive is already loaded with catches from the first computer. Anyway, you can try if it works.

Hi there. Thank you for dropping your issues. Did you say "tablet"? I think Readyboost is not available to tablet devices.

This trick is only for Hard disk drive, because it's very slow. Don't need to use it on a smartphone or tablet because the internal drives of those devices are faster than flash drives.😅
