Strange he does not say anything about the watch winding the wrong way on the fake. Easiest way to spot most newer fake Rolex watches. The hands should move the same way the crown moves. Which the on in this video crerly does not.

There is a also very faint crown logo within the sapphire crystal at the 6 o'clock point on my 2008 white dial 116400 Milgauss that can only be seen using a loupe. I would think that would be very difficult to put in a fake watch and possibly another way to spot a replica quickly and easily. NOTE: You have to hold the watch at a certain angle to see the logo in the crystal - look "down" at an angle from the center of the dial to the marker at the 6 o'clock position and you can see it "hovering" on the edge of the crystal. Also, as someone else mentioned earlier, the green crystal has nothing to do with the magnetic shielding. The 116400 Milgauss had three versions that were slightly different. There was a "standard" white or black dial watch with a traditional clear sapphire crystal and then a special version called "Glace Verte" (roughly translated as crystal green) with a black dial and green tinted sapphire crystal (which is the model you are showing in the video).

It's the extra thick dial, coupled with the iron caseback which makes the watch antimagnetic. They make up a Faraday Cage. The crystal has nothing to do with it.

A modern Rolex will set hands forward when crown is turned clockwise, due to there being two intermediate set wheels. Most fake Rolex watches set forward when the crown is turned counterclockwise. That's a quick and simple tell to spot a fake. This is not so on old 15XX caliber movements, as there is only one intermediate set wheel like most watches have.

Not a great video, because you're just not familiar with the specific model, apparently. There simply are no good replicas of the latest Milgauss. The video ignores the easiest tell that no Milgauss replica ever got right: The edges of the lightning shaped second hand are not at 90 degrees, but are sharper than that. You can recognize a Milgauss replica within a second, always, by that tell.
