I love how you started with green flags in ourselves as women! Often times we ourselves are actually not healthy. I learned that from you, that I'm not mentally stable enough to date because I get attached way too quickly. Currently doing the Basic Babe Bundle (and also still therapy). We will see what happens!

Also, I'm learning that healthy men like to hear/know you are taking your own self-improvement and self-investment seriously! Saying that you're taking steps to improve financially, professionally, etc., they truly respect that! It's not something to be embarrassed about (but of course don't over-talk about it).

Much of the dating advice out there suggests game playing and one-upping the other person. I think many people are seeing that doesn't work and now wanting to be authentic and emotionally healthy. Anything else is draining! Loved this video and I plan to get more of the programs! 💘

@@Komalkhandekar11 Yeah it's so exhausting!!! No wonder why divorce rates are high and people aren't happy in their relationships. Maintaining a healthy relationship requires authenticity..but it first requires being honest with yourself! I read a tweet that said "I don't know who needs to hear this, but the long way IS the short cut". You get to your goal quicker when you take the necessary steps instead of bypassing!

Wow, in my first marriage the only thing I would worry about was if I like the guy, if I am attracted to him and if we get along. Those were the requirements for a relationship and marriage. I didn’t think if he was a provider or ready for marriage, has a house or money for a down payment, etc. Long story short, I married a mans child. Now many years later is a totally different story! I am aware of all that and want a provider!

@Lunu actually, it has a lot to do with Male and female hormones. Some activities increase testosterone in men and this helps them reduce stress and increase well being. Providing and protecting is one of those activities.

@Lunu yes, hormones do act like that in all men and women. It's true though that some men have more testosterone and others have less. Same with estrogen in women. That has nothing to do with being a homemaker or a mother. Estrogens don't behave according to your wishes. You have free will but your biology doesn't respond to that.
