My brother had sleep apnea, he had his tonsils removed when he was 8. Now he is 13. I am suspicious that he have adhd. Do you think it is possible to outgrow it?

ADHD is neurodeveopmental so there’s no outgrowing it - you’re born with ADHD. Sleep apnea can be obstructive (like you mentioned tonsils) or central (brain related).
