We can use RSI instead and with a concept called failure swing top and failure swing bottom, which confirms trend reversal 70-80% of the time. But in my testing in intra day, it gives a risk to reward of 1:1.5 which might not be ideal for most traders.

refer chart at @8:05 looks like head and shoulder too.. for sell trade Trade in at support of 1st bottom stoploss will be first top. min profit - same as much as stoploss height atleast. And then start trailing stoploss. let your profit run.

Good video - Too add few points which I observed: Slope of bands are important for M & W patterns - If bands are flat or angle is less than 15-20°- then probability of reversal is high If bands slope is moving up -( angle is more than 40°) probability will reduce if u observe and trade u can reduce the failure probability

I tell how to play...v have to wait for the candle to touch 20 sma, if it reject the 20 sma after touching than to exit ..if it cross the 20 sma and sustain than surly the trend will continue and will touch lower band..probability is around 85%

@Nazmul Karim: Everything is probability. If you take 100 trades, with a 40% win rate and 1:1.5 RR you will break even. Anything above 40% and you start making profits. This is what all traders have to do. i.e. TRY to get the win rate above the base and take small profits and even smaller losses and keep repeating the cycle. 🙂
