Thank you for this detailed product review and demo. I'm actually looking at the M6 Mark I and that's how I came across your video. I've even added it to my favourites because you've stirred my curiosity with this gimbal! Very nice to have true stabilisation with a decent mirrorless like this. I currently use the GoPro Hero 8 for my vlogs and that has proven to have the best (electronic) stabilisation I've seen anywhere, to be honest. I'm really having trouble finding a mirrorless that comes close to it. But having this Crane M2 looks like I could really start to think seriously about vlogging on something like the Canon M6. Thanks Marius, I appreciate the feedback. I heard the GoPro stabilisation was very good. I have the DJI action which is good but I don’t like electronic stabilisation personally. That’s why I prefer the gimbal I’m very happy with the results I’m getting from it. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed

I rely on you for honest feedback 😂 and yes I did have problems with the edits on this one. I changed my workflow and it went wrong. I think I’ve recovered enough to make the video, it was a hard decision to upload as. Think I took a step backwards in my journey to improve on each video

Thank you so much for uploading this video! I’ve been wondering if this gimbal would be worth the purchase, or if my m6 mark ii would just limit the gimbals features. This seems to be the only video I can find with answers!

Hi Hannah sorry for the delay I never got a notification for some reason, Glad this was useful to you, I find the gimal works well with the M6ii however its limited to lenses which are not too long or heavy as the M6ii and Kit lens is near the limit of the gimbal

Tom I heard you will be filming the next installment of Indiana Jones, 😉, I have seen some very nice footage from these small camera gimbals they really do make a difference

Thanks Jeff. Actually they are filming the next Indiana Jones film locally. I keep seeing photos taken by friends of the location set up and crew. But nobody can get close enough as there is very strict security. I’m looking forward to getting some video for my next walk about 👍🏼

Hi Tom, thanks for this video! I just stumbled upon this gimbal and I'm really interested. I have the M6 Mark II as well, and I'm wondering how you think this gimbal would handle this camera with the Sigma 16mm 1.4 fixed lens? The lens is quite big, and I'm wondering if this would still be a good match. On the official compatibility list, I don't see anything that really compares with this Sigma.

thanks Shawn, I think it will depend on how it affects the center of balance, I don’t have that lens, so it its short and the weight is close to the body it may well work

@@RumourHasitYT Hmmm, might not be the best combination then. The lens is quite log, and weight wise it weighs just as much as the m6 mark ii body

@@Shawn2nd sadly I don’t think it would work then. The M6ii with the kit lens I used it close to the weight limit of the gimbal which is 720g or 1.58lbs
