A lot of negative comments, but that's not the point of business, nobody cares about doing the exact original receipt if it doesn't sell well or it doesn't align with your business model. If there is a demand for carrot tacos and carrots are cheap, you swallow your pride, adapt, and find a way to make carrot tacos. Congrats to you bro, for finding a great idea, scaling it the way you did and believing in yourself

One of those rules at the end should be. Don't start a food business if you don't want to work hard as hell cause food is hard. It's basically cleaning.I don't know why they call it cooking.You get to do a little cooking but basically you're cleaning all the time clean up from everything all the nine it is hard work people

why do i have a hard time believing a business with 4 google reviews and no web presence makes 30,000 a month off tacos lol at least give a realistic figure
@nchomestead7860

Looks like a lot of the reviews are for catering events, and he talked about doing big events. If he's targeting big events / catering business, you can definitely stack up the earnings without a foot traffic presence in a specific location etc.

I wonder if instead of having so many line cooks if he could cut down on them and hire 2 or 3 high quality/work driven line cooks for a higher wage and then just hire like 3 or 4 guys to set everything up and tear everything down. Seems a lot more sensible given that would be left for your line cooks to do. Heck, might it be possible to go to the local schools and what not and offer your company as community service for the setup break down parts. I mean all these older teens can put that on college applications and they can get some good work done, and some free meals. Just trying to think cost effective, also when he says 15 thousand gross income he's talking after his employees are all paid? It would have been nice to know what he is cashflowing
