Hey Alex & Lauren, I feel like I've made a mess of things....too many courses (that are crappy), and too many directions that I've tried to go in. Thus, ended up nowhere. So, I have your Pinterest course, but at that time when I bought it, I should've really bought your Blogging course. So, I'm thinking about it. I'm a realtor (almost 34 years....started when I was 19 yrs old), and I'd gladly trade my real estate license to make my living blogging! Just not sure what to blog about..real estate, food (so competitive, but I did own a bar/restaurant at one time..so I have a little bit of extra insight). I've followed along on your success for a couple years now, and I love what you guys have achieved. It's really brilliant! Any pearls of wisdom you could impart, in helping me on my path?

Hey Alex, you mention Elementor and other very useful programs but where does Divi theme come in? Would you please explain?

Divi is a theme that comes with a visual builder you can use for pages, categories, etc. We don't recommend using the divi builder for posts. Elementor is also a page builder, but the two don't work together. Elementor is not a theme, so it will work on other themes. Hope this helps!

Hey Jamie. I would upload your post as you write them, from the beginning, they once you have about 10 post uploaded, start promoting them on social media. I recommend focusing on only 1-2 social media platforms in the beginning, with Pinterest being my top choice for organic traffic. Your social media pages do not have to be established yet, but can grow with your blog.

Hi I want to start a blog to inspire and motivate others in adversity and other moments in life. This is something I do within my circle, but I'd like to reach others via a blog. The only things we 100% recommend at the beginning for future monetization is to pay for self-hosted and use WordPress as the platform (not the host) from the beginning. Anything else can be installed/invested in at a later date. -Cathy, Create and Go

Hey Ron! It just depends on what other tools and features you choose. Bluehost and domain registration do have recurring cost (usually annually) and you will pay the full price upon renewal. Beyond that, many plugins are free and many have paid versions. You can absolutely blog for relatively cheap, but certain paid tools will make your life easier. Hi, it seems that your discount plan is for only 1 domain, what if I wanted to build a second one? Does it still work or do I have to go through the same process and pay another round of the same?

The rate of $2.95 is for a 3-year term on the Basic plan which only allows for 1 website. If you need the upgrade plan for multiple website, I recommend reaching out to Bluehost to see if you can get a deal on the price. -Cathy, Create and Go

Hi! I’m trying to get in before the discounted price expires but I don’t get the option for Domain Privacy Protection :/ only the other three below it. I don’t want to take a chance since you said we need that for sure!

Did you skip choosing a domain name? If so, that is why you are not seeing Domain Privacy as an option

So can I add a page to my website after its published? I am new to this and followed your video until I couldn't due to changes in Bluehost start up. So I am concerned I will have missed something while setting it up. I want an about section explaining who I am and why I set it up. And I don't have a section in it so figuring out how to add that. But if I want to add more to my site after its all published can I?

What are the copyright ramifications on your blog -- i.e., are copyright protections built in for whatever appears on one's blog? Or does a blogger have to take special steps in order for content to have copyright, IP protection?

Question. Big question for a non techy person like me. So when i sign up with BlueHost will install the WP for me in my laptop? Im asking because when I went to WP the installation process was all Greek to me! Please say YES that when I buy BlueHost as my domain, it is automatic that WP is in there. Thank you for your reply.

Yes, WordPress comes as a free platform with your Bluehost purchase and should be a simple download. If you have any issues, reach out to Bluehost support and they can walk you through it.
