It’s hard to rent a lot and turn a profit . If anything in the local environment changes then you’re stuck with a dead lot until the lease is up.

You’d definitely need a manager then who lives in the area.

I’m a district manager for a national wide parking company. We can enforce the parking for you . There is no charge to you . We simply find a revenue share that we both agree upon . We pay for all expenses from our share .
