Finding deals has bene very hard for me. I've found that it's over saturated and too many people are doing it Ur chances of finding a deal are incredibly slim. It's not about how hard u work. It's about who u know

Who you know helps. However, understanding 'a deal' means different things to different people. There are always property opportunities in every market, they are just not always the same.

I have been under the impression that a co-sourcing arrangement where one party is not fully compliant is in effect a non compliant structure. What are your current thoughts on this? Many thanks.

I’m a beginner that’s trying to source a deal for myself and the way I look and understand it is, let’s say I’m a cash buyer with a certain budget looking for a certain property deal for myself and in the process if I come across a deal that’s not for eg affordable for me as a cash buyer I can possibly pass this deal on but as a beginner who would I sell it to, especially if I don’t know anyone (an investor) ?

How would you go about upscaling this business obviously u can employ people but what about trusting them?

If you are concerned about that then you give people part of a process to do so that they have a piece of the jigsaw but not the whole picture. I prefer to try and find people I can trust to work with.

I found it took me time to build relationships with investors. If you have good deals, they will easily sell. You just need to tell enough people what you do.
