I appreciate this Founder and Ceos honesty. I have what i believe is a great idea that i have to be educated on the jungle of tech when i start financing it, and learning how to promote it. Mr Shah mentioning sugar coating is something i will definitely look for. The treachery in the tech field im sure has some real vampires that appear as a nice person, because they are ,in a simple way of saying, nerds. And nerds don't face problems face to face usually. Im coming from the blue collar side and street side of life, so it will be interesting. Also the discussion about habits and breaking habits in tech seem to depend on timing. I will definitely be watching Mr Shah from here on out. God is good. He led me here

It was a great video, and thanks to IIMA for uploading and helping us gain some great perspectives from Kunal Shah. Just a thought, Tally today is no longer living in a monopolistic market as many other accounting software like Vyapar, Zoho books, Khatabook and many more have come up and are really competitive. Of course, this was put up in 2017, but even then, these companies had released their software and had a good clientele base (of course, let's consider the awareness aspect here as well).

Loved the whole session except for the answer to how important is marketing. CRED is one of the main sponsor of IPL 2020 and it has gained huge attention only due to this reason. Marketing definitely gives a push to your product.
@AlisterCabral3 жыл бұрын
Yes because CRED isn't really a delta 4 product, at most delta 2. Every bank provides payment portal to pay the bill. CRED is useful only when you have more than 1 credit card and that would be only less than 2% of the population. Cashback and advertising will give them the push and motive to download it.
