Hey brother!!! I was sruck on checking connection page , my net was working , I even know my google password which was logged in to the device. But even then wasn't able to set up the device. I got so messed up from the past 2 hours and then saw your video , that trick to open chrome. And after opening chrome , I found out that the date of my device was 1 jan 2019 and was on automatic time. So , I corrected the date with today's date and now i was able to login. Thanku so much bro for telling us the chrome trick. God bless u brother! ❣❣ i wish success for u❣❣❣

Mind it, You need to "Long Press" the OEM Unlocking option to get a popup that actually enables the option. You don't have to go back and forth as show in the video.

Those who are not able to turn on OEM unlocking despite all attempts, u dont go back after turning it on, on the same page keep it turning on and off few times then it will ask if u want to enable it or not..then select yes and u r done
