How to start a journaling practice - I have been writing in a journal since I was 14 years old and it is the most consistent thing that I do for my mental health. In this video I share a few tips on how you can start and maintain a journaling practice.

I used to journal religiously as a teen, it helped me so much. I’d love to get back to doing it frequently.

I had a therapist get upset with me because I would not let him read any of my journals. I explained to him that the reason I wouldn’t is because then it would not be mine anymore. I would have to destroy it the way I did most of my journals when I found out one of my sisters-in-law read them.

That's interesting that a therapist asked you to read your journals. That would upset me too. Your sisters-in-law were so wrong for reading your journals. Such a violation of your privacy.
