Thank you yet again for this another powerful realisation. Mind loves to latch on the meanings & why. But when we rest our awareness into the being everything just is. Nothing to fight, nothing to resist - just pure awareness. Even the chronic pain/sickness arises in it. Though the ego/mind tries to pull the consciousness, yet if we persist we see it arising in the space. Loved this practice of not labeling anything. A lot of times the mind tries to figure out the location of the being. Sometimes i find it resting in my heart. But there is no location per se.

@@NaNa-ku9nx first of all it’s okay to be triggered since you have worked on your ego there’s no mind to hide your emotions so you feel them more intensely the more awake you are. And it’s your body mind getting triggered not you, I know even when you’re triggered, you might still be at peace from inside but you’re judging yourself for getting triggered. Don’t judge it let it happen and surrender it to. Trying to hide it is keeping it alive, don’t be afraid of showing other people you’re triggered and accept it as something natural, you will start healing.

There is peace behind every situation and even uncomfortable sensations and there is bliss of being awareness but the ecstasy we talk about is experienced rarely, maybe I’ll experience it more the higher I ascend.

The sense of being is not in the body, the sense of body is in just being.

@@kshitijnow so I'm relaxing the awareness and focus, mind is either quite or chatting or some shadow emotions come up, there is awareness of the emotions thoughts, when mind is quite there is a sense of the existing but only within the body, i recognise I'm not my thoughts, the body isn't something I've chosen nd it's capable of doing its own thing when it's hungry or asleep, then there is nothing, just this form existing

@@kshitijnow there is awareness of the body, awareness of thought, awareness of surroundings through visual field, awareness of the ground and the cloth of my skin, it's not even my awareness but awareness which I keep feeling is in and from the body

@@shivalimuffin9102 yes it’s everything just existing. The body does its own thing but there a sense that you’re doing it, let that sense be just don’t give it any meaning. Stop giving labels to your body and stop giving positions to your sensations in relation to the world in front of you and just be.

How do you move from stillness/awareness/witness mode in to action and attending to tasks. ... I am very lazy, I procrastinate, ignore, forget to do things and just relax. ... I think I have found a solution 🤔 but ask for your wisdom thoughts and teaching ..... What I do is say 'I "WISH" to do ___(task)__ , and do task immediately as if I am in auto pilot 😅.... it seems to be working 💪 😮 in getting things done... I don't have time to feel anxious and freeze or get angry and run away 😅... Im so pleased with my self 😊 I don't want to be a lazy person 🙃 😅. Any advise.... ❤

Yes, you just do it, what you’re doing is right. But feel all the resistance that might come up, don’t avoid it let it come up accept it and still do your tasks. I have found for me instead of deciding to do it later which then lingers in our mind with guilt, just do it but be aware of all the resistance that comes up.

@kshitijnow Yes!... I make wish to do task and do it immediately, with comfort, love, care and attention... not allow time for negatively and depression 😞... its working! Finally I'm not feeling stupid negatively thoughts in my mind, it was so annoying 😒 and automatic... I don't know why... lol 😆 Thank you 💓 😊
