🔹My Biggest Success
Born in a refugee camp in Maharashtra, started my career with a job of just Rs 300 per month to 300 times oversubscribed IPO in 1995, followed by a Presidential Award, now a Certified Gallup Strengths Coach, Business Coach, International OKR Coach, Author of 6 Books and Chief Energy Officer of Tajurba India's Fasted Growing Community of MSMEs. My big hairy goal is to connect ten million MSMEs of India and Get them FREEDOM from expensive marketing by way of Community Commerce enabled by Tajurba Connect App.
I couldn't speak and write English when I started my career.
I had no significant education, no capital, no mentor, and no excuse too. I only had my passion, hard work, & total madness. I became a self-made multi-millionaire by the age of 38.
🔹My Biggest Failure
2006 we started the online DVD rental Moviemart., blindly copying Netflix. It created lots of hype and media coverage, but it failed miserably. We lost a few crores. I worked very, very hard with the "Never Quit" attitude.
My most significant learning from this failure was that "sometimes quitting is a smart option."
