Nice video...wat keeps me motivated is the zeal/the urge to explore...it's a lot of fun to explore and figure out what works and what doesn't.... without exploration life is boring...to my mind lack of motivation simply comes from boredom..and boredom in my view comes when you don't find things interesting enough to explore... please let me know your thoughts on this... thank you for the video...all your videos are different and good.... keep making more videos 👍

The most common cause of procrastination, I find, is our sense of commitment for any waking hour of the day. Waking up at 5 am most importantly gives us a time of day when we're guaranteed to have no other commitments. This can give us the clarity and sense of freedom to begin working on anything we've been putting off for a long time. Love the message, Shadé. Connecting with your why idea resonates with me the most. Thank you.

My strategy up to this point has been waiting to feel motivated. Which only happens so often. Like you said it's not sustainable. As a result of waiting rather than doing, I'm behind on education and work. I am going to apply this! I choose to right now. 😌 It can be debilitating at times to see the amount of stuff I've let get out of control since I haven't taken action. By taking action it gets smaller though. Guess what?!? KZfaq keeps suggesting your vids and I find them enlightening. Thank you for creating, Shadé! 😃👍

Love your videos, Very helpful! Would you say self-discipline is more important than motivation? Because it seems like when we constantly seek that motivation feeling, we don't take action. Our feeling and mood are always shifting. What do you think Shadé?
@ShadeZahrai3 жыл бұрын
Yes, that's right Elias. That's why the first point of this video is that action leads to motivation. Waiting to feel motivated is not a good life strategy. And yes consistency of action depends on developing the quality of discipline.

It's amazing how people are able to bring their imagination into reality, but unfortunately, many kids in undeveloped countries never learn the courage of converting their vision into reality. For example, James Cameron had a vision of a self-made submarine and go to the deepest part of the ocean when he was under 10 years old, eventually, he did it when he was in his 60's. I hope the internet becomes free for all kids around the globe to learn from good teachers like you, Much Respect!

Watching your video is good to guide us as people but without our willpower and efforts which are our own actions won't lead to any changes that we want in our life. Be productive and work hard even nobody will appreciate you in the beginning but your actions will force them to notice and acknowledge you at the end, but you will be busy doing your stuff and you won't notice them. To make life easy what I experienced is Necessity and duty is what makes life easy. All Actions if done for sake of necessity will then make us do those things with full quality and with motivation associated with duty. Because all unimaginable pursuit by individuals are done with sense of duty. As saying goes " No Man lacks the power unless the cause becomes greater than his life" Other than that things are done for fame, shame, fear, desire, competition, superiority complex, rat race etc. The real reason is duty, Necessity to make difference in our life or others with the power given to us. I'll be honest. You motivate a lot of people and recently I'm one of them. It's a familiar yet strange feeling akin to looking up someone famous and successful but it is not. It's a primitive picture like a goddess inspiring and telling mortals to be the best that they can be. It's beyond intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. Your charisma ignites motivation and moves things into action. I wonder if there's a psychology paper to this thing? 🤔
