I've worked so hard to change, I've quit addictions and behavior and cussing is one thing I just can't seem to stop, I can get close to using them but it's also mentally, I might not say them out loud but in my head can't get them to stop.

I pretty much yell "God bless it" I've had to retrain my brain but I hated cussing and I hate hearing cussing words, it feels so wrong if I let it slip.

you are right I had the same issue and I did everything before I realized In order to bless people you have to read your word and that's something that's hard for a lot of people you can't replace it with blessings if you don't read your word faith comes by hearing and hearing comes by the reading of the word and once you start reading your word then you could use the words that you are implanting in your heart and your mind read study worship and praise!!

What if you read a cuss word but you didn’t know it was going to be there? Or what if someone says a cuss word? Or what if someone says it but you can’t prevent it because it’s someone you can’t get away from like a family member?
