I'm 42 yrs old now. I've Been a heavy addict since I was 16, 3 years ago, I Lost my wife and daughter because of heavy porn use . The guilt almost killed me, so I said enough and decided to escape from this shithole. I read a ton of books (the best one was "Befapless" because it had the most realistic steps for quitting), joined communities(like "r/nofap"), and gave it all to quit. . I'm clean for 3 years now. I feel regret every day about the time that passed. I wasted my life. I wish I hadn't. God, I wish I hadn't. If you're young reading this, please do anything at all necessary to overcome this ASAP!

Man, watching Hamza fighting tears recalling his struggles while going through the exact things he's describing is something else... I'm grateful its the last negative struggle I have to solve. I feel I did alright exchanging most proper bad habits and addictions (ofc I had all of them- junk food, social media, videogames) for better practices I still have a long way in developing. If I can fix this part of me then all that's left is to tackle the challenges of improving rather than fixing. Only 5 minutes in and I had to get this out, watching the rest distraction free. Thank you Hamza I genuinely need this.

If you’re going through this DON’T GIVE UP and be relentless. No matter how long the cycle is, the constant intention to quit no matter what forms a new connection in your mind bit by bit and eventually the dots will connect, the circuit will be complete and the reprogramming will be done (just like the programming to build the addiction). You reach a point when you’re doing it while not wanting to do it even before you do it (a sign the reprogramming is nearly complete) until eventually you stop and never go back. It’s hard to explain but just keep going towards the light no matter how far back it keeps going because you’ll reach it eventually and every step counts to getting you closer. Good luck brother, don’t disappoint us.

I don't comment too often but respect for showing your true emotions on the subject. I don't think as men we should smother our emotions as a lot of "masculinity gurus" tend to say these days. You should simply be a strong enough man that it actually means something when the emotions do show. When a weak man produces tears its worthless, but on the rare occasions where a strong man produces them, it says more than words ever could. Thank you for being genuine. Cheers mate.

Yeah man, I cried watching this video, out of the 100 past Hamza videos I watched these last few years nothing has made me so much as tear up a bit but this felt extremely relatable. Got into it at 13 on a phone in my dad’s bathroom, first mind blowing high/explosion then addiction begin. At 17/18 still a V no girlfriend and discover NF/NP on Reddit, relapse after 3 days endlessly, finally get to a week, then two weeks. Feel a lot better. Get to 30 days many times while in college, relapse a couple times but after falling back into my old ways and feeling disgusted, seeing it impact my grades/social life/happiness I say enough is enough, get to 90 days for the first time in my life since I was 12 and never fapped, met endless beautiful women naturally irl, got into weight lifting seriously and transformed my body to the point guys & girls kept complimenting me when I used to be very scrawny, cured my life long crippling social anxiety & low confidence/self esteem, made a bunch of life long best friends I enjoyed a vibrant social life with all of college, was able to focus and pass through all of computer science while most people dropped out. Got a lot more i with women, at 19 discovered TRP on Reddit in its glory days before it died, you could feel all the energy, wisdom, strength & power back then… it’s all gone now but it’s influence continues in the self improvement/manosphere space on KZfaq (not all the toxic fresh & fit Bs, the original philosophy was just teaching men authentic masculinity & self development, taking full ownership of your life and learning every man has the power to shape it, attraction through masculinity instead of bull**** PUA) it really did change my life… I hope every young 11 - 16 yo watching this takes heed in the warnings from us older men in our early to mid 20s. We were you, the sooner you quit the more exponentially better your life can be.

What really helped me make progress (we talking twice a day to once every other week) was to visualize a beautiful relationship with another girl, not just the modern day “friends with benefits” where it’s just hedonistic pleasures and you’re depolarized as fuck, but an actually romantic relationship where you truly bond with each other. You really need that moment to click in your head when you realize “damn, this is what i’ve been sacrificing all this time for 10 seconds of instant pleasure and guilt”. To me it occurred when I was watching some rom fan fiction (don’t ask). I saw how well this “couple” vibed together and it struck me, “ *this* is what a relationship feels like??”, after sitting down and meditating on it for 20 minutes my mindset was completely changed…

Here's a little trick I learned while working with discipline and no fap. I began with intermittent fasting, for 16 hours per day, eventually eating 1 meal per day. and I started introducing fasting days. I'd have 2-3 days of complete fasting (water tea and coffee only) every 2 weeks. After a few months i've noticed that fasting helps build so much discipline and mental strength + will power it's not even funny. If you can stop yourself from the urge to eat, you can master no fap like a joke. Nowadays I actually feel bad when i have to go sleep with a woman thereby "losing my streak".

And I gotta get onto semen retention again, so this video was really helpful, teaching me to actully do semen retention. Im grateful that you did this video, and that you are helping so many people out with such a serious and bad addiction. Keep it going bro! I hope you have the best day! I appreciate how you talk about how we need to have such a high ego, to the point where it's narcissistic, to hit the height of the bell curve. I started doing this and I am finding improvement. I am not narcissistic, but this feeling of I'm the best drives me to keep being my best. I'm shaping my personality to who I want to be. Sometimes I talk like I know for a fact what I'm saying, and it makes me look more confident.

I got really good at hiding it and nobody has really been there that I can talk to about it. Been trying hard to stop for about 1/2 a year and I’m way better but it’s a long and difficult process to quit an addiction so readily available and promoted by people around me at school.

got out of it just by going to the gym constantly and seeing how each time i did it i wasn't able to lift as much as when I didnt do it for a week, it really gives you a wake up call and makes you realize how weaker it makes you the moment you start going to the gym, i didn't do it since 3 months now and my confidence as well as my power and muscle growth speed has increased a lot, my voice has gotten deeper and I became more motivated to doing anything i set my mind to, it is truly life changing.

I used to have a really bad porn addiction, but I changed my habits so now I don’t. I’m a big believer in how you start your morning dictates how the rest of a normal day will go, so I did small things like charging my phone downstairs and buying an alarm clock, so I don’t look at porn in the morning, made my bed, had my clothes laid out the night before so I knew exactly what I was wearing, went for a 25 min walk, ate oats that I made the night before etc. After all that, I felt good and productive and wanted to carry that on throughout the rest of the day.

I started fapping when I was 13, and it never reached a point where I was fapping twice or 3 times a day, but it still made me feel very bad. When I had my first girlfriend it slowed down a bit, but I still fapped. I was trying to stop since I was 16/17, and the most I did was like a month on no fap. But I'm clean for about 4 months now, and I never felt better, physically and mentally. There were really hard days where I almost relapsed, but I kept going, and I'll keep going forever. Ty Hamza.
