Thank you for your response. I think you are yet to understand the context. Most of the mothers whom I have counselled have a lot of guilt no matter how much they are doing for their children. This is because of too much of differences in the parenting styles of the olden age and the new era. There is immense self doubt, sorrow and guilt that they aren't probably doing their best. That leads to postpartum depression which continues for many years later too.
