Brilliant, thank you. I have true limitations in my life because of physical health issues that I cannot change. But if I say to myself, I am not successful, I am not happy, I am not okay because of these problems, then I will not be successful, happy, or okay. The brain hears "I AM NOT" so it is not, because the cognitive dissonance of being the thing you tell yourself you are not, would be too much. I have a lot of work to do on the things in this video and I am excited to do the work. Thank you for pointing us towards these awesome things.

Everything you said is or close to spot on and only in the last few months have I started to see in me what my friends see in me. I've also realized that I've lived too long to still live in the past and if I continue to live today as I lived then I'll never live as I want. So, I don't care if I'm afraid to move forward I'm more afraid of standing still.
