I mastered it, thank you. I've exactly done what you've shown in the video. I first practiced the 1 foot glide, then I started putting a foot perpendicular to the front foot. It was hard at first, but practiced for more than 2 hours and nailed it. I used to use heel brake, but I've now made a decision not to use it anymore. Been watching your videos, and they’re great. So good I’ve just bought a pair of inline skates, helmet and pads to have a go. Never done it before, but it looks good fun. Wish me luck (I’m 55!!)

Does T-Stop needs to be performed standing up? I’ve seen people drag one foot while bending lower with the other knee. Or is this more of a Drag Stop?

Having a dog with us during tstop training is not recommended 😂

How do you do it on aggressive inline skates? The wheels are a lot smaller. I have a pair of grey Them 909s
