How To: Straighten wire by hand

An extra little upload I thought might be handy for someone looking up how to straighten wire without a drill, most tutorials featured this and I didn't own one, so made up my own method. Here I was straightening galvanised garden wire. Hope it helps someone! Apologies for the changing levels in the audio!

No matter how much I try, my wire just won't twist like yours does! Mine doesn't make those little spirally looking things :((

Is there any other way to do this to straighten a wire because when you twist it like this it makes it a lot harder to bend

Sir, do you have any technique to make an orthodontic wire straight, triangle,square,circle etc. Without getting the hand swollen? I really can't apply so much excessive force with hand for removing bends and making the wire a perfectly straight one which gets my hand swollen, with lots of pain after every orthodontics class. Please help!!
