Hi, I have been using this dye in 6.4 (red) since November now. Just thought I should let you know that it doesn't wash out of your hair, I've tried mixing my shampoo with baking soda (as a colour remover) and still the dye won't budge. This is just a warning for anyone who is considering using this dye.

I guess it really depends on your hair, or the color that you choose then, cause when it comes to my hair I was able to remove it just with some shampoo 🤷🏼‍♀️ did u try to get rid of it with some purple shampoo??

I have got the same exact problem. . All hair dye is out of my hair exept above. (In my outgrown hair. I used this as a cover up for the new hair. Now i have 2 colours

@@ya_F313 Same thing happened to me, I ended up re-dying my hair my natural colour in the end. Colour removers won't work, and the colour takes a long time to even vaguely wash out in the shower.

I bought the warm chocolate brown colour effects for my dark brown hair and it’s not working? I shampooed my hair and added the colour effects but I see no difference, am I doing something wrong? Please let me know. Thanks 😊

hey love.. I think the problem is that your natural hair color is too dark for the pigments to hold onto. That's probably why you're not seeing any result
