Another great video B, i love aitum been using it for about 1/2 months now, great for clips and get them straight up onto the vertical playforms. Cant stream on tiktok just yet, so looking into the agency side of things. thanks again buddy

This plugin is perfect. I can now stream on Twitch through OBS on the left and just his record on the right for the vertical scenes. Take out clips from the recording of the vertical scenes and upload the straight to Tik Tok, YT shorts & IG with the gameplay and facecam already there instead of all the extra steps editing through other apps or websites. I appreciate this video!

Should be a feature in OBS. It automatically turned it on when I updated my OBS.

I think I used to use the Dashboard to be honest for TikTok and I am not sure! I use Lumia for everything.

How do you open the vertical scene preview? I accidentally delete the vertical preview.

If you go to docks, then it should be listed under that. The docks option should be one of the main menus on the top of the program.

I copy/paste my server url and stream key correctly and press go live on vertical and it seems to never connect, then I switch to just streaming my OBS main profile to tiktok and it connects right away. Any ideas as to what I'm doing wrong with vertical trying to dual stream?

That is strange, I haven't had that issue before. I did have some problems with not being able to connect from OBS with TikTok but, that was more of a TikTok issue and not an OBS issue.

Firstly, THANK YOU for this video! My agency was able to get me a stream key. I am posting my question because this video is from 7 months ago. Would the plugin work in with OBS 29.1.3? I made a copy of the folder before I go ahead and delete it from my PC but wanted to ask before trying to install an old version of OBS (v. 29). Thanks in advance for this!

You would have to add a source that has a mask on it of the game itself and move it in the right spot. I would def suggest looking it up on KZfaq I dont have a tutorial for that.

Even when its a great video, and we are thankful for this, i must say that it would be great if since the beginning you would said that, for this method you need to have ser and stream key from TikTok, because if you don't have it(and basically the whole little streamers doesn't have acces to that info) you can't use this plugin. You mean at 0:53 where I mentioned if you do not have a stream key or if you dont have live room you cannot stream unless from your phone? Or should I say it right away? You are welcome :)

That means you do not have access to a stream key and need to use Tiktok live Studio.

You do not have access to a stream key or TikTok Studio so you cannot stream unless it is from your phone.

Do you mean as a window in OBS or as a source in the scene? If you mean as a source in the scene there are multiple services to combine multi chats to one source. If you meant as a window inside OBS there are work arounds for that I believe, but you would have to look it up.

Actually you can, new version of Aitum allows you to cast the image as a virtual camera.

Honestly they stopped handing out Stream Keys. Unless you have connections at Tiktok or get famous on the app.

What version of OBS are you on? And did you start your stream on TikTok live dashboard and enter in the stream key into the Vertical plug in?

@@IAmBPala 29.0.2. yes, I put the stream key in the key slot and the server key in the server slot. I hit stream and nothing happens on TikTok or I get something that says something is invalid.

I would make sure your version of OBS is up to date. Just check what plug ins you use as they might not work.

You will need to setup the stream for your vertical format as well in settings. So you will need a stream key to the platform you are streaming to.

Check the top menu and make sure you have them both checked. There should be a menu at the top that allows you to enable windows to be displayed.

If you are talking Twitch chat, then you need to use something like Streamlabs, Stream Elements or something else to create the source. If you are talking about Tiktok well, that is a good question!

Does this bypass the new TikTok Live Studio Required use. I reached 1K followers after 3 months of new Account for art and now can't freely do Lives with PC as an artist because Live Studio use requires 3K followers. I'm angry at TikTok and it's moving of the goal line. I need the different Camera angles and the fact they are better.

No, this way you would need a stream key which is even harder to get as there is no specific requirement.

All you have to do is select it in the audio source section. Should allow you to pick which audio is being picked up in OBS

@FuZStreamZ you should be able to hit the settings menu next to the audio source and pick the desired source. For me, I use a GoXLR and it has a stream sub mix I capture there. If you don’t have anything like that, I believe you should just need the desktop audio I believe.

Check the windows you have showing. Also, make sure it was installed into the OBS folder where you use OBS. Just in case it is on a different hard drive or something.

Yes but, I did make another video that explains how I currently stream to tiktok to get the most reach. The only thing that is different now is the compatibility mode is different. Other than that, still the same way I stream now.

That is really strange, I never had an issue with it. You can try and stream at lower resolutions and start there. Also, I run OBS In Admin mode everytime.
