You've helped me a lot. I am about to turn 60 and I swear, if I take two consecutive days off from moving a lot, I can feel stiffness and weakness. You've helped me where I can do a quick exercise routine for 5 minutes here, 5 minutes there throughout my day. (I feel so much better for it!)

Thanks for posting you’re 60…… I’m 61 and I totally agree with what you stated. If I stay still for more than 3-5 days I feel so tired/out of it. Unfortunately I heard going through menopause can cause you to feel weak/tired at any given time. We get older to enjoy our yearssssss left. Ya think it would be easier 🤣🤣🤣 Keep moving ….. Don’t stop. Thank you guys for creating this channel 💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖

@snjezanamaric6248 He's not a doctor so he's not going to advise you, probably. But I would say to start small and move on to more challenging moves. As you can see, he gives variations of each move so you can start with the easier version and as you get stronger, move onto the more advanced form of that exercise. I wish you well!
