Does the water flow at the entry of the water tank cause variation? the tank vacuum pressure gauge was going crazy, does that also cause variation?

Very much so. entry sizing calibrators have to be correct size. With consistent vac and water flow at calibrator

Always change cutter blades before starting. Also notice cutter preheater. 😊

I run a plastic and composite milacron extruder pretty much the same process just a smaller scale for you. I make the azek decking boards

Would of been alot better if you talked us through it. Kinda hard to read the little words that ran by to fast to read. Besides that good quality video.
