You make an awesome pomp, please would you make a tutorial on how to style one using murrays superior hairdressing pomade? It's the only pomade I have found that keeps my hair manageable. It would mean a lot.
@Tom_le_Grand8 жыл бұрын
+ROBERT MCGRATH Thanks Robert. Did you see my other video where I do it with Murray's Black Beeswax? In itself there is not much difference in doing it with Murray's Superior vs Layrite vs Any pomade that keeps your hair in place. The application and combing is a bit more harsh with Superior but the styling remains the same. Murray's gives your hair a bit more natural and slick look.

Sorry if I missed it but is the top of your hair all the same length or is it longer at the top?
@Tom_le_Grand9 жыл бұрын
Yes it is pretty long at the top. The sides are much shorter and my bangs are the longest.

Hello sir greetings how to fix that middle part of the crown because it come down
@Tom_le_Grand6 жыл бұрын
Hm not sure what you're saying but it helps when you have some length in there to lay it down properly.

Can u use hair gel? Will it work the same? Can u use a styling comb?
@Tom_le_Grand8 жыл бұрын
Hi there. Styling gel is usually not the best idea. Gel type pomades like Layrite, Suavecito, etc are very thick and will give you volume. Normal gel will just make everything glued together. You can also use regular pomade like Murray's Superior (pretty hardcore stuff) or a more gentle pomade like Reuzel.

Can I know the music that you use for your video?
@Tom_le_Grand8 жыл бұрын
Most probably yeah. "The Girl From Ipenema" is a tune that is used lots of movies and television shows an numerous of times covered by various artists. Just search for it on KZfaq.

What about old spice Pomade?
@Tom_le_Grand8 жыл бұрын
I've never tried that one. All depends on your hair type and preference what works best for you. You can maybe start with some cheaper stuff like Tres Flores or Murray's.

How long does it take to grow your hair down past your nose? My current hair length is eyebrow level
@Tom_le_Grand2 жыл бұрын
Probably 2 to 3 months.

@@Tom_le_Grand what’s the minimum length needed for a pompadour? Mine is eyebrow level and I’m having troubles styling it haha
@Tom_le_Grand2 жыл бұрын
@@jeremyhan2631 Haha! Well it all depends. Did you just start? It takes some practice. Sometimes you need another product. Or you use too much or too little. I'm just guessing here because I don't know you. Eyebrow level sounds like a pretty good starting point.
@jeremyhan26312 жыл бұрын
Yup I’ve actually just started maybe about a month now. I use the blue Reuzel pomade but I’m not sure if I’m using too much or a lot … lol

@@jeremyhan2631If you are on facebook, there is a group "Everything Pomade". You can ask a lot of questions there. Post some pictures with it, or maybe a video. I'm on there sometimes. Building a pomp has a learning curve for most. Also check out Cameron Alexander's channel. He has a lot of videos on styling and products. kzfaq.info/love/HLv7MPt_nQz8sxjBtDD4PQ
