Chunky socks, force your feet in warm the leather around the heal with the hairdryer until you can feel the heat inside and then let them cool... once you’ve done that you wear them with normal socks and they will be fine xx

"Leather Heel Grips Liner Cushions Inserts for Loose Shoes" - on Amazon under the category heel cushions. I received heel liners from the Doc Marten store in NYC when I went to figure out how to break a pair of mine in. Perfect solution because you won't need to break the shoe in and it also helps with them fitting better. I also wear mine with chunky socks for comfort.

I’ve never wanted docs but now you’re influencing me hahaha. Also appreciate how honest you are about the things you buy, always feels like it’s a friend recommending something to me rather than an influencer coaxing me to buy something 😌

Ah that honestly means so much to me!!! I feel like all of you guys are my friends! I still haven't dared to wear mine out of the house again yet but my scabs from the first time have healed so I think it's about time! I took NONE of the advice and basically went out in them wearing thin socks no plasters and didnt even do the laces up - what was I thinking!

Your honesty, about Matalan jeggings is the best Sinead no one would have known what they were and assumed Topshop! That honesty will get to everywhere! Are my eyes deceiving me or did I see your bump immersing from your tailored trousers!!! That style can be so roughly tucked in too, and look on point! Please wear thick socks in home, with your DM’s! Xxx

I love Dr Martens. Not just their boots, but also their other shoes. Even though their other shoes, at least for me, except Mary Jane, weren’t hard to break in like the boots. Anyway, using simple hand cream or olive oil on the tricky spots inside the shoes and on my feet, repeatedly, usually helps me whenever I'm breaking shoes in. On shoes, it softens the leather, and on the skin, it prevents chaffing.

I'm a firefighter 🚒 in California and wear work books. To break in my work boots I fill the boot with water and step into them. Wear them until they dry. Works every time! 💗

Erin Perez that must take about 5, 6 months. Doesn’t the water squelch out over the top?

Minoo Verdi the water comes out once you step into them. It takes only days to dry. Don’t over fill them just enough to wet the boot, the sock and your foot. You fill them enough to wet the entire boot. Not just the foot area. You boot will then dry and mold with your foot. But you must wear them to have that happen. And the heat of your body will dry the boot quickly.

Sinead Crowe I’ll start off with congratulations 🎉on your pregnancy. 🍼 The person most likely said vodka because alcohol dries faster. However a very bad idea for a pregnant women because you will absorbed the alcohol through ur feet. Ps. 🥰 Love your channel. 🚒 have a great day!!
