Does the utility bill need to be on the name of the applicant? or is it enough to be the same address that he/she mentions on the application?

I would suggest you to use an utility bill which uses your own name or father name whether it is (Gas / Electricity / PTCL / Water) or any other. if all are not, than uses and contact with your concern office for further assistance.

Follow properly instructions and entered detail as per your requirement. Moreover, Attach proper documents with Format type. furthermore, Your and Your Witnesses PS Jurisdiction must be Same. Also recommending you to Apply and Contact/Visit your Concern Branch DIB/ZIB

mera nic adress purana hai meny ghar change kiya hai but police station same he hai. kya me new address mention karon ya jo mery nic par address hai wo mention karon aur bill konsa attach karna hai us k sath.

Firstly Current Address mention kare with Stay From and To phir aap apne DIB / ZIB Office mein contact karein aur un ko dosre addresses btaein with stay from and to ... they will help you

Sir, if there is wrong address mentioned in PCC then what is the procedure to get it correct. Do they will issue me the new PCC after making correction if I visit their office. Need Urgent reply.

for General Public Guidance, PCC Stands for Police Clearance Certificate: Yes Dear, if you recently took the certificate and noticed some corrections than you may contact with your concern office they will make the arrangement of your corrections. Once the corrections will correct than they issue New Certificate with same Credentials.

Un-Verified: Un-Verify your id in certain scenarios. Plz Cleared or you can visit your concern office for getting reason of Un-Verified. Either any cases / FIRs on your witnesses Either Applicant has a Case / FIR Either Police Station not satisfied with Applicant or Witnesses and more like wise reasons So, Suggested to please visit your concern district office

You Can Type Supposing 10Years since Issue Date If your CNIC Date is 01-01-2020 than type in Expiry 01-01-2030

Ap ne Online Application Submit ki hai ? Information Regarding Documents: - Your CNIC Copy - Passport Size Photo - 02 Witnesses CNIC Copy - Utility Bill - Letter Regarding Verification If Visa or Immigration purpose of Verification than take Passport with you. Further, You may contact with your concern office.

You can also select Employment Internship part of / type of Employment... toh aap dono mein se ek select ker sakte hain

Absolutely right, firstly mention your current address with proper Stay From and Stay To than Communicate with your concern office, They will address another address with Stay From and Stay To.

Plz send your representative along with one set of documents to the concern district office also you can check the status of your application Go to the PRVS site Main Panel (CNIC and Application ID and Click on Track)
