I'm not here for job interview, I want to prepared my self for it, cause I'm here for my life interview, whenever suddenly someone or some teacher ask me, or told me..... I am in 7 stranded... ❤️❤️

Schools should introduce community service which will be counted as grades. High schools and colleges should collaborate with different companies and let their students spend 2-3 days with an employee to observe his work, called shadowing. This project will be added to their grades. These types of exposure will boost students confidence.

My personal opinion is that when you go to an interview, have self confidence, feel relaxed,have a smile on face and God in your heart.I am only a high school graduate. With the technique I have mentioned above I was even selected as an instructor at a training center in England in 1975 and was the first person of colour to do so.

Mr Mohsin is absolutely right...this system has no place for pure talent..after achieving gold medals you need many kinds of approaches...agree intro is of utmost significance..agree entry and exit the way you walk and talk counts a lot..agree dressing is amazing trick to impress...agree communication should be superb...agree confidence must be unbeatable...agree one should hold his/her views to prove knowledge strength and self reliability....even then if one is unable to get goal what other magic or trick we must have...i myself hv faced 8 panels..FPSC.., PPSC.., University panels...IBP panel....how ridiculous that a candidate top in written and every time interview is not cracked in the right dimension...entry, exit, sitting, standing, verbal, oral, dressing what else to pursue...nothing can bring success without approach and bags full of money...Mr Mohsin is absolutely right that every hardworking candidate always try to find fault in himself initially...ok fault.., lapse of knowledge communication can be a reason once or twice but what is the logic behind every time failure...i agree that an educated person can be an entrepreneur but from where the investment wil come ...i agree that we should find other ways but what about the dreams of parents they nourish with their blood and scanty income for years to see their extraordinary shining and hardworking child at some good position...
