I love your videos and they are helping a lot through my university's studies, but I'm attending the first year and I still don't know properly how it works, soooo i have a question: when I'm reading a textbook, let's say the history of China's one, to active read I kinda put down a map and than, from that map I write a summary of that chapter. I basically create my own version of the textbook, but it's sooo long! I watched I think all your videos but I've never heard of this kind of summary, so I wanted to ask you if you think that's too much or if it worth it.
