I second all this advice!! I also want to say give your roomies a chance too, everyone is trying adjust but make sure boundaries are respected. Edit: oh shoot I go to UH tooooo

yessss very true! everyones upbringings are different and while it’s important to prioritize yourself, you also have to have compassion in certain cases. and AHHH go coogs! ❤️🐾

This video helped me so much, I took a gap year after high school and I was so nervous about leaving home for school but your video and advise really bought me some ease and made me realize that it’s all okay. I'm not even a freshman in college anymore but these are really great pieces of advice! I wanted to get more of a feel for UH since I'm transferring and there are some things that I hadn't given much thought to on your list, thank you!
