This is GOLD! Sooo many advertisers either quit or constantly make changes because their ads are not performing well. Patience is key, IMO. People don't get 50 phone calls the first few days and then immediately go in and change a bunch of settings. This video is great and I will be sharing with my clients. Thank You!

It takes at least 90 days to see consistent results and that's when you can scale.

When do you change the bid Strategy from max conversion to ROAS?

Get at least 10-15 conversions in 30 days and set tROAS 20% below your target to kickstart it. The spend will probably drop for a few days but things usually start to level out in a week and it will start hitting its stride. Make sure you give it a decent daily budget once you set your target so it can optimize faster and get you profitable. Once you start seeing consistent conversions at least 2-3 a day then raise your tROAS in 20% increments to your target every week or two.
