How to Swap out a Blown Briggs 190cc Flat Head Engine~Removing Blade Adapters with Pitman Arm Puller

Күн бұрынI've got a Craftsman 21inch Front Drive Lawnmower with a Blown Engine.
In this video I show how to Swap it Out with another Engine.
You will need to re-use a few parts to do it
I also needed to Swap the Blade Adapters, to do this I use an Automotive Pitman Arm Puller and it works very well

Our Mini Ductor induction heating gun works wonders on removal of all bolts even the ones used for mounting the engine. Great job and she looks like a beauty at the end.

That thing is kewl,,,,,Ive tried my torch but no go, not to mention the flame could melt the aluminum. It may be that tool is the only solution,,,,, Someday,,I cant afford it now and I get soo many of these engines........

@@TheNovaJohn Yep it has become the number one tool in the shop, #2 is likely the Milwaukee brushless impact guns and #3 the Oregon ball bearing blade balancer.

Next Time you do.a engine swap.put a little grease on the engine mounting bolts it will help with the enemy know.as rust it's up.to.you to try this out 👍
