I had to clear the old phone out that was in there from the previous owner and then I saw how you were using the OK and arrows to navigate. I have a 2017 Expedition, but it's still very similar. On my 2013 F-150 if I am connected via usb it will sync and play directions from Google Maps but it will not play any music or selected radio stations or Apps. It seems to be a problem with other users as well. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Andy
