I have a question. What is the client feels offended that we have edited out their skin /mole/ pimples etc

Great question! I usually let them know I'll be taking a photo for posting on socials and for showing my work, I'll let them know I may do editing with blemishes just to make the eyes stand out and pop. Be upfront and if your client isn't comfortable with that, don't use their photos 🙂
