This technique has worked a couple times for me in the past season, I highly recommend it for free kick takers when just outside the box. Great video keep it up!

This is by far the best breakdown I've ever seen on free-kicks. Extremely technical and detailed. I used to play in the Sheffield United and Hull City academies. I took corners but my free-kicks were always inconsistent to I bottled them and let someone else take them. I could have done with this breakdown back then!

Good tutorial dude. The good thing is that you explain and give valid arguments on the way you place your body, running up and hitting the ball works for you. Plus for that. Cheers mate. P.S. Every person has it's own biomechanics, so when you trying to replicate remember the individuality training principle (amongst others). Same for body training prescription. Cheers.

Also, I notice your keep your eyes on the ball as you strike. It happened to me and I see a lot of people trying to peek and see where the ball goes as they strike it. Similar to golf and I keep my head down and actually flies better. Thank you for this video.

Hi Jack, love your content, keep creating those amazing videos! Just one thing I feel like could be improved. Your intro looks very professional, I really enjoy it but that blury still image and the end of it could be changed I think, maybe some movement as well as higher quality of the logo, lovely otherwise.
