DO NOT RIP YOUR POKÉMON CARDS! You can look from the top and see if there’s a skinny black line through the card, if you don’t see a line then it’s not real but if it does then it is real

A better way is the chest look at the side of the card and you can just see if there is a black layer that way

if your dealing with a japanese card, look for a black line between. They are also thinner and usually have a better and more vibrant print.
