;) You're welcome. This video is on the website too if you want to save it. Most quality poles will have ball bearings and shouldn't need additional lubrication. The pole could be warped or the spin mechanism isn't very good.

The taller the pole the more give it will have. Make sure to check your pole every time before you practice. :)

That’s common for most pole to wobbly in the middle that’s what I’m dealing with but it doesn’t budge

If it's an off brand pole as in not xpole or lupit then that's a common issue that can't be fixed.

Take the pole down and when you reinstall don't over tighten.

Try and put a piece of wood between the top dome and ceiling so it disperses the weight evenly and not make cracks or damage to your ceiling

check the screws at the bottoms are tight

Mine fell & i just put it back up after like 2 months. But now theres a deepish scratch on it :(( . I didnt tighten it after each use so i think thats why mine fell

Flexing/bending isn't a problem and depending on the diameter and height of the pole and what it's made out of you'll get more or less flex. You're looking for sliding of the top or bottom.

​@@StudioVeenathis is kind of reassuring. I'm using a yaheetech now, and they're instructions are just awful. The pole is secure tension wise but it's very lose the middle. I'm so used to xpole it that uses their patent joints to keep the center of the pole from moving. I reached out to yaheetech about it and they just said to check the screws.. I was like what screws? There's only two screws I see and those just hold the top cover plate in place. This is damper on my plans for the evening. 😂🤦‍♀️

Same thing happened to me! My husband got a wrench and it got it the bolts loose super easy!

Of course the pole needs to be tight enough where it won’t slip but pole need to be checked before every use . Plus if you have a pole that isn’t from a major manufacturer like xpole or lupit cheap poles are notorious for falling down no matter what you do!!! Cheap poles need to be checked even during your pole sessions.

If it's an xpole or lupit pole contact the company and they can help. If it's a cheap pole off amazon, then it's most likely broken :(

Does it physically wiggle like it's loose on the joint or does it look warped? Or does it give in the middle when you push, that's normal. Some warping is also normal, my pole happens to be very warped and you can see this when I use spin mode.

@@StudioVeena it seems warped lupit sounds like they're going to replace the tightening part and other longer part hopefully thay fixes it

If the pole is not a high quality pole like Xpole or Lupit brand, continously loosening is a big issue. If it is one of those brands contact the company

By big issue I mean I see a lot of complaints about off brand poles not staying tight

Mines does that in the center of the pole. If it’s the center, it’s jus wear n tear and most poles get wobbly after using.

Depend on the brand of pole. My xpole almost never needs to be tightened, but I check it every time anyway.

For me it sometimes meant too tight, OR I needed to like loosen all the screws higher on the pole then retighten them, to make sure the joint things inside my spinning pole were all aligned

I have an expert x pole

If it's brand new and doing that contact xpole. If you've used it before and it's now doing that, chances are it's been overtightened at some point. :(

You should probably tighten it more and also check that it's even on all sides with a level

It should be! It might be warped but you can still use a warped pole :)
