good morning, I have 4 mosfets near the processor (NCHANNEL), the 4 processors sound between the drain and the source, even by inverting the probes (with 4 in multimeter) is it possible that it is dead? thanks

How to understand on which side is source if I'm not sure and is the gate ? How to identify? It doesn't have the white circle like the other ones

Is it odd that a 3-pin MOSFET is a Qx (transistor) on the PCB, but an 8-pin MOSFET is a Ux (IC) on the PCB?

why the manufacturers of this components never give instructions on how to test them ?

ummm not sure about your test, at (4:54) this only proves the internal diode between source and drain is conducting, not that the gate is working, by switching on the gate if the component is working the meter reading will drop to almost 0 ohm measured between source and drain, unfortunately the component needs to be removed or a leg lifted do complete test.
