NOPE take off the cables there could be corrosion between the post and the cable. never test a battery like this. first remove and clean the posts AND ATTACH TO THE POSTS, if low charge, put it on a charger to see if it recovers. let it set for about 30 minutes then recheck with load tester. if it fails then replace it. many people do what he does and end up having the same issue only to find out they may need a cable or alternator or other components. rule .... every oil change remove your cables and clean them on the inside and the posts. Master Tech all models all makes 37 years doing this. if you are not sure testing it yourself, please take your car to a ASE qualified technician.
