@@jiyaksbvlogs I feel your pain ;( it has been a very long, long journey. I basically went to a korean acupunture and started getting acupuncture 2X per week, and also took herbs for about 5 months. Also, did Castro Oil Massage, significantly changed my diet and started jogging 30 mins a day. Cut down on coffee and alcohol and purchased fertility watch. And then after months of that, it just happened like a miracle. I will pray for you.

I had a missed miscarriage a couple months ago and thus, a d&c. Since then, I've had 2 short periods and suspect my lining may need building up. I work from home and on days I don't go to the gym, I know I'm not moving around enough. I'm going to try several tips you suggested. Hope to have good news soon! 🤞

It is the very first time I am hearing a US Dr recommending VG steam. I am from Germany and this has been in my family culture for years. However,when I moved to the US couple years back because of my american husband.I heard a lot of chocking stuff about vagina steam from american doctors.I am glad all Dr here are not so closed minded.Tks

At 45 I'm finding out so much about fertility. I have been in the natural health world for years and practised natural contraception for many years too so was used to tracking my cycle. I had a D&C and was worried they took my lining. It’s been over a year since I was last pregnant. I’ve done the herbs and acupuncture so I’m hopeful my baby is coming to me soon. 🙏🏼💖

@@PP-qi5vd I’m sorry to hear that. It’s so tough. I did have my uterus checked out and the doctor didn’t mention anything about the lining so I’m believing that my lining is thick enough. For less worry peace of mind have that done

@PC I hope your lining has increased hon. What tests did you take to check? My doc hasn’t told me anything other than to take that ultrasound. My periods are normal and I’m ovulating. I got a high LH test today so will baby make tomorrow and I also did yesterday. 😉🙏🏼💙

@PC no I don’t mind sharing at all because if I can help ease your mind or share success I sure will. Since Jan I have been seeing a acupuncturist/herbalist and have had some good results from it. Still no pregnancy but overall blood flow, regular bowel movements. I wish I knew the herbs but he just gives them to me in white container so I have no clue what they are. I would highly suggest finding someone in your area that has experience with this along with pregnancy. I’ll see him in a couple of weeks. He did suggest my spouse get a sperm analysis. That has been tough as he is not forth coming. I get it, it’s tough, manhood. 🤷🏼♀️ ovulation day tomorrow or the next 🙏🏼💙💖

This video was awesome and it just touched my problem which is damaged uterus lining. I have done ifv and failed in 7 weeks as the plantation occurred just below the cervix. Hi I am 42 been trying nine years finallly got pregnant.y husband stoped smoking fixed low sperm count..I started bleeding at six weeks and lost it..my German relative was given progesterone from five weeks..in UK I think you need sent to fertity specialist after three miscarriages,time isnt on my side..

Hi doc again one more nice video. I have pcos but I got naturally pregnant. That pregnancy went into miscarriage no heart beat. My gynec started this month clomid 100 mg and my egg size is 13*8 and ET is 6.3. I m on duphaston from last 8 months and taking Diane 35 from last 4 months. Now she has increased the duphaston dose and continuing Diane 35 to see if she gets a good ET next month. What you will suggest.

I had a follicular scan on day 11 on Firdt cycle of letrozole 2.5mg, got a endo lining of 8.2mm, natural cycle also I got an endo lining of 8.2mm on day 9, then on 5th cycle of letrozole(did not have scan on 3rd and 4th cycle but took letrozole 2.5mg) (2.5mg) plus humog 75mg(D3,D7), I got a lining of 6.8mm , What could have reduces my linning suddenly ?

I had two miscarriages before 10 weeks and never heard heart beat both conceived via ivf fet and IUI super ovulation. First time had dnc second was medicated abortion at home. I’m getting ready for another IUI super ovulation. My amh is low but other than that none of the diagnosis came positive. What should I consider when starting the new cycle?

I have pcos with insulin resistence? I am on Ketogenic diet for 2 weeks. I have had unexplained reversal of 2 week pregnancies. The doctors in UK have not been helpfull at all. I have not been ovulating properly and my cycles were long. I started letrozol in last cycle and I ovulated at .66 T/C ratio as peak. Did not get pregnant. Now I am on keto? Been walking 10k steps 5 times a day, taking letrozole during this cycle. It is very hurtful to see positives in first two weeks and when I see doctors there is nothing there. Hope to get pregnant this time.
